Of all the lochs we have as an Association, Loch Dee has to be the most spectacular. Whether you are catching wild brown trout like this superb specimen of nearly 3 pounds (caught by our President Mr. Jock Galloway at a recent club competition) or not, you will seldom find yourself in such a breath-takingly beautiful arena as Loch Dee!!

Not only is there an abundance of wild trout in Loch Dee, but you also have the rare opportunity to view Ospreys, Red Kites, & Buzzards soaring high

overhead.

Loch Dee was severely damaged in the 1970’s by acidity caused from dense afforestation, but with the assistance of the Forestry Commission and years of hard work by the NSAA, it is again a top quality wild trout water, which has produced wild trout of over 11 pounds in weight.

This is wild loch trout fishing at its pinnacle, with crystal clear waters and good hatches of flies. All this for only £20.00 per day. So why not come and give us a try?
